well something pretty interesting happened today! i was haulin my arse home after a long day of training when suddenly this nice lady approached me. she was so nice she walked me to the traffic light junction, from one end of j8, the mrt side, to the bus junction. this is the lovely conversation that took place in the little 2 minutes which i got to know her. damn i dont even know her name.

lady:
hi, can u spare 2 mins of your time?

me:
whats this regarding!

lady:
may i know how young you are?

me:
18!

lady:
so, im doing a short survey and i would like to find out how would you know when you have suceeded in life?

me:
hmm, different people have different perspectives, so i duno. sounds like a gp essay though.
(actually i know when i have suceeded, but my lips are sealed!)

lady:
do you save money?

me:
i try to.

lady:
do you know that 80percent of young people spend their money before saving it?

me:
wow! i'll use that stat in gp.

and with that i crossed the traffic light junction and took my bus home. i hope i wasnt too sarcastic abt it.
