well the year's coming to a close, and so might my blog. >.< haha kinda lazy to update but i have decided to type my thoughts down on this before i lose my memory on what good songs there were in an otherwise crappy year of music. so here goes..

perfect situation by weezer. favourite song of this past 2 months so its still kinda stuck in my head. not the irritating kind, but the nice kind for once. plus, elisha cuthbert's in the video. sizzle!!!!!!!!!!!

aint coming home by silvertide. this band is ROCK. or well. this band is like THE DARKNESS. either way they rocked my socks off when i first heard this song. crazy guitar solo, meaningless lyrics, what else can a rockstar wannabe like me ask for in a song anymore?

you're beautiful by james blunt. one of the few radio friendly songs which i actually dont mind listening to over and over again. ive just got one word to describe this song. 'ouch'.

existentialism on prom night by straylight run. beautiful song, even though i can only interpret the meaning of this song and not know the true, actual one. i think its about hope, but the intro with the piano sounds so sad that i might be wrong. plus it sounds emo. so it shld b sad, or draggy, or whiny. but then again it sounds too classy to be emo. i guess we'll never know. but still its a great song nonetheless.

mr brightside by the killers!! they brought a whole new sound to radio and my life. pityful lyrics too. ive got like 4 versions of this song in my ipod and its so friggin nice! each and every one of those versions. killer intro, killer lyrics, no wonder they are the killers! fine that was kinda cheesy. but hey this isnt a song, its art. gar the cheesyness! dont stop till u get enough. =p
